Our Admin free school photography system can be applied to any job type and takes away all the admin from school. Proof cards have been replaced with online order forms, these forms link to each one of the students images and images are online and ready to order within 48 hours.

There is no need to keep any cash in school as all of the orders are taken online through our secure payment gateway. Matching children with their photos is a thing of the past we take care of that for you by delivering straight to the parents homes.

Photographers arrive in school with pre-printed ‘Photo Cards’.
We take the student’s photograph and give them their ‘Photo Card’ with unique password.
Photos are then available for parents to view online within 48 hours by using the unique password.
Online orders can be placed immediately using mobile phones, tablets or laptops.
If parents have more than one child in school, they can mix those images into one pack and SAVE MONEY with our ‘additional image feature’
As soon as an order is placed, printing begins.
Completed orders are sent to home addresses.
At the end of photo day there is NO ADMIN for school.
